Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo, sau đó cho hành lá, tỏi, ớt khô, gừng đã cắt vào phi thơm. Tiếp đến, thêm 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và 1 muỗng cà phê đường vào đảo đều. Thêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương và 15ml rượu vào khuấy đều.
