Chuối bóc bỏ vỏ, nghiền nhuyễn mịn. Đun chảy bơ rồi cho vào chuối, trộn đều. Sau đó thêm vani và bột nở vào chuối, trộn đều cho đồng nhất.
Rây bột mì cho mị rồi cho vào chuối, thêm bột nhục đậu khấu và đường vào, trộn đều thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Mở trước lò nướng ở 170 độ C. Phết mnỏng 1 lớp bơ lên khuôn để chống dính. Cho hỗn hợp vào các khuôn bánh, đem nướng khoảng 40-45 phút là được.
